Michael and I met for video work. He is a specialist who works in the investment side of real estate
helping people build a portfolio of rental homes. Michael had been producing some one minute shorts called “Michael Minutes” to give clients tips on what to look for when buying a home to use as a rental unit. He wanted to take those to the next level.

I was able to come in and give him a good level of quality for a great price. Michael and I have now produced several “Michael Minutes” that he posts online and sends out to his clients via newsletters and his website.

From there Home-Tours has been able to build a great relationship with Michael helping him list his new homes using photography, walkthroughs and the new aerial work. Michael has now built a team of realtors as well and Home-Tours is happy to be able to help them with whatever needs they request.
